What counts as a qualified inquiry?
A qualified call is a call of 60 seconds or more from a caller inside your service area who is asking about an accident or injury matter. Wrong numbers and disconnected calls are credited back.
We screen for a few criteria before a call is counted, such as the caller being in your area and the call being an actual inquiry. The screening is a criterion, not an assurance of a case. Whether a caller becomes a client is for your firm to decide.
