Exclusive inbound calls for local businesses

Pay per call model

Pay per lead local lead generation: you pay for qualified inbound calls

You pay when a qualified call reaches your business, not for clicks or form fills. Each territory is served to one business, and rates are confirmed in writing before you start.

  • Pay for qualified calls only
  • Wrong numbers and disconnected calls credited back
  • No long-term contract required

What is pay per lead local lead generation?

Pay per lead local lead generation means you pay for results that arrive, not for activity. In our version, the lead is a phone call. We own local lead assets (websites built around one service in one city). When someone searches, finds the asset and calls, the call is routed to your dispatch line.

If the call meets the definition of a qualified call, you pay the agreed per-call rate. If it does not, you do not.

Each territory is served to one business. We do not sell the same call to a second business in your territory. If you want to compare this with shared lead marketplaces, read our guide to shared versus exclusive contractor leads.

What counts as a qualified call?

We put the definition in writing before you start, so you can check every invoice against it. A qualified call is a call that meets all three tests:

  • The call lasts 60 seconds or more.
  • The caller is inside your service area.
  • The caller is asking for a quote or for immediate service.

Wrong numbers and disconnected calls are credited back. Calls are tracked and recorded for review where the law allows, so a disputed call can be listened to rather than argued about.

Call recording laws differ by state, and some states require consent from all parties. We set up tracking and a recording notice in line with the law of the caller's state and your state. You should take your own legal advice on recording.

How do the calls reach you?

Calls are forwarded to the dispatch line you choose. Before the call connects, a whisper message plays to your team: "Incoming exclusive quote request from Local Lead Generators." It tells whoever answers that this is a fresh quote request.

Answering quickly matters, because a caller who reaches voicemail may call the next company. Tell us your hours and we will set the routing around them.

Rates vary by industry, city and season. These are indicative ranges per qualified call, and the exact rate is confirmed in writing before you start:

  • Roofing: $85 to $175
  • Water damage restoration: $150 to $350
  • HVAC: $75 to $145
  • Tree service: $45 to $85
  • Plumbing: $55 to $95
  • Concrete and foundation: $65 to $125
  • Personal injury: $350 to $850 per verified inquiry

See the pricing page for how rates are set. We cannot promise call volume, lead quality, close rate or revenue. Volume depends on the city, the season, the industry and how long the asset has been live, and some territories take time to produce calls.

Is pay per call the right model for you?

Pay per call suits a business that wants to test a territory without a fixed commitment, can answer the phone during the hours that matter, and has the crew to take on extra jobs. It is a poor fit if nobody can answer calls.

If you would rather pay one fixed rate for a whole territory, see the flat monthly territory lease. If you want your own asset, see turnkey lead systems. To check whether your city is open, chat on WhatsApp at +1 (929) 450-3261 with your industry and service area.

Questions about local lead generators in United States

Do I pay if the caller does not book the job?

Yes, if the call was qualified. You pay for a qualified call, which is a call of 60 seconds or more from inside your service area asking for a quote or immediate service. Whether you win the job depends on your price, your availability and how you handle the call. We cannot promise a close rate, so track your own booked jobs.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract is required for the pay-per-call model. The rate, the qualified call definition and how invoices work are confirmed in writing before the first call is routed, so you know the terms up front and can ask questions before anything starts.

Can two businesses in my city get the same call?

Not in the same territory. Each territory is served to one business, and we do not sell the same call to a second business there. Before you start, confirm in writing exactly which zip codes or area your territory covers.

How many calls will I get each month?

We do not know in advance and will not guess. Call volume depends on the city, the season, the industry and how long the asset has been live. Some territories take time to produce calls, and no result is promised. Ask us what we can say about your specific territory.

Are the calls recorded?

Calls are tracked and recorded for review where the law allows. Recording laws differ by state, and some require consent from all parties, so we set up a recording notice in line with the law of the caller's and your state. Take your own legal advice on this point.
